Xperience of Service’s (XOS's) team of experts have extensive experiences working within corporate, agency and small business entities. Our charter is to bring improvement to the customer experience with the lens of cultural competency in every person to person interaction.  We work in  environments and industries that require an understanding in forming relationships.

We facilitate Coaching, Communications, Customer Service, Employee Engagement, Equity, and Inclusion activities that are delivered simply to get people talking and listening to one another.  The method is through highly interactive engagement via self-discovery activities.  It is only through understanding each other that we truly gain knowledge and can move forward together. 

 

Team Building Workshop - Building Collaborative Team Dynamics

Our workshops provide historical context that help to build greater self-awareness. We provide a toolkit to address the lack of productive discourse around issues of equity and the role of identity in social relationships, both on a micro (individual) and macro (communal) level.

Transformative Results (TR) assigns a team specifically for your needs. We get to know you - your strengths, challenges, history, and current needs - and we get to know your market. Together with your project lead and senior management team, we define the problem and create goals to solve it.

 

Assessing your current situation and establishing benchmarks for success

In this phase, we compare your current state to your desired state - where are you now and where do you want to be? We identify specific gaps, set benchmarks for success, outline measurable targets, and select analytics tools.

 

Designing your customized solution

Our team designs a customized solution and implementation plan to meet your objectives within the time frame required. We work closely with your designated project lead and management team to make sure the plan is a good fit with realistic objectives and outcomes.

 

Implementing your solution and managing change

We are a partner every step of the way while your solution is rolling out, guiding implementation, tweaking elements of the plan as we get feedback from employees and customers, and measuring success using custom analytics

 

Micro-aggressions in Communications

We introduce the concept of micro-aggressions in team environments, its impacts to everyday communications in the workplace and community. Topics include:  Introducing the concept of micro-aggressions, Tangible understanding through an exercise of spotting micro-aggressions, and Building empathy through a discussion on micro-aggression
